Refund and Returns Policy

1- Legal Warranty (automatic, free of charge)

By law, our products are covered by a legal warranty that ensures:

  • The product matches its description and is suitable for its intended use.
  • The product is free from hidden defects that would make it unfit for use or reduce its usefulness.
  • The product has a reasonable durability, considering the price paid, its intended use, and the conditions of use.

This warranty applies automatically, without any action required on your part, and is in addition to any commercial warranty we may provide.

2- Satisfaction Guarantee (30 days)

In addition to the legal warranty, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 30 days of receipt to request an exchange or a refund.
  • The product must be uncontaminated, unmixed, and usable (for resins, containers must remain sealed and free from impurities).
  • A reasonable test is allowed to identify a manufacturing defect (e.g., improper curing or abnormal yellowing).

3- Damaged or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery or does not match your order, we will cover all costs (including return shipping and the delivery of a replacement product).

4- Return / Refund Procedure

  1. Contact us by email or phone, describing the issue and, if possible, providing a photo or video.
  2. We will provide a return authorization along with instructions.
  3. Depending on the situation, you may receive:
    • a product exchange,
    • a store credit, or
    • a full refund (including applicable taxes).
  4. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

5- Exclusions

The warranty and refunds do not cover the following cases:

  • Misuse, failure to follow instructions or application conditions (incorrect mixing ratio, improper temperature, deliberate contamination).
  • Products returned after more than 30 days without proof of defect.
  • Initial shipping costs (unless the product was defective or non-conforming).
